A. Kathleen Sheehan Corletta ---- President

Mrs. Corletta has been in Education for almost 30 yrs. For the past 20 yrs. she has served as Fine Arts. Chrmn.at St. Mary's High School in Annapolis, Md. She began a Cooking Club at St. Mary's which attracted more than 100 students when initially offered. She has also catered events ranging in size from 10-150 people. She learned almost everything she knows about cooking from her mother-in-law. "Grandma Dee"

B. Janice Corletta Plummer ---- Vice-President

Mrs. Plummer is the founder and Directrice of Rochester Children's House, a Montessori School in Rochester, N. Y. During her time as Founder and Full-time Director, she was the only Montessori School to receive United Way Funding for her proven success in working with special needs children long before main-streaming became an accepted goal. Today, while still the owner of her Montessori School, she has gone on to be one of the first teachers in a brand-new pilot program of Montessori in the Rochester Public School System and will be moving into her new position of Mentor Teacher in that same School System this year. She too learned everything she knew from her own mother, "Grandma Dee".
